Phone Warranty claim made, then phone started working again.
Phone stopped working, warranty claim made and granted. ATT sent new phone. before new phone arrived, took old phone to get data-recovered. Guy recovering the data said it was a simple fix and got the phone working again. Replacement phone arrived, ATT store will not accept the return of the new phone, saying I HAVE to give them my old phone, even though its working again, or pay $500 fee.
Is there somebody I can talk to sort this out? Dont need the new phone, I would love to give it back. And I'd love to have the warranty deductible back.

There is no deductible on a warranty. Did you make an insurance claim with Asurion?

ATT doesn't control how Asurion does business. You have to deal with them.

Call Asurion to cancel the claim and send back the replacement. Dont ask the store for help they are trained to sell.
