Pending Port approval

Pending Port approval

Hello -

 

I am transferring my service from Sprint to ATT. I placed my order for a new phone and new service with ATT 3 days ago and it still says pending port approval. Can someone please tell me how long it normally takes and what I can do to speed the process up, if at all possible? Thanks

Hello @Sronseaux.

 

We’ve got answers. If you order your new phone or SIM card online or over the phone, your number transfer may take up to 3-5 business days to complete. Your old phone will still work until you activate your new AT&T phone or SIM card. You can keep checking on our online portal and do make sure to check your spam folders to see if there are any AT&T emails that were misdirected there. Let us know if you have further questions.
