Hi, I need to get the PDF of a payment i did 2 months ago. The self-portal can only list up to 30 days! Yeah, days!!! How can i get a longer history?

Hey there @pixelpermoment!
While you're able to view payment details for your past 16 bill periods, if you're unable to retrieve the info you need immediately from your AT&T online account, we recommend retrieving that info through your bank or financial institution.
Alternatively, it's possible to retrieve a printout of your previous bill through AT&T, nevertheless, a convenience fee may apply.
