Paying my bill

I am in a different country and I am trying to pay my bill. For some reason I can not login to my account. Even if I try to change my password, it does not recognize my email address.l

The AT&T website is being blocked by foreign countries' network due to their protocol of local websites as well as to keep the transaction from foreign websites from US. So you may not be able to log in. Even if you reset your password. Though there's a very little chance that you can. I suggest that you chat/call AT&T to pay your bill.
