Pay off installment with my bank account

Im trying to pay off my installment fee with my bank account so i can upgrande my device but it only has a debit card option it wont let me enter my account an routing info but it lets me when i pay my montly bill though why is that?

If you are paying to upgrade, you must use a debit or credit card, there is no option for a check.  

You can also pay in person at a company store.

How can i please get my back account unocked. I accidentally put in the wrong account. Due to  a major family loss and sudden transportion iasues, i can't pay another way right now and im being over charged hundreds of dollars by att and really could use this assistance right now. Thank you
