PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS / SERVICES SUSPENDED

My services were just suspended for my past  due amt for the month of december . If I pay my past due amount today can my services be restored ?

Because you are past due and suspended, you must pay your entire balance to get service back.

** If I could I would, that is the problem.  I am one of the few that live paycheck to paycheck and I simply asked for an extension to pay 8 days later, offered to give a postdated check, spent well over an hour on the phone last evening

I was going to pay but my wife was suddenly admitted into the hospital since Tuesday of last week and doctors still have her there. We had to pay our deductible of $350 which was going to you. I'm not working at the present time.

This was never told to me until after I raised issue of being charged an additional $50.00 for installation.  Typical AT&T Style of billing.
