Have you picked up your order by now? Your order isn't ready until you receive Ready for Pickup notification email. You can find out more about buying online and picking up your order in store here.

Money out my account after and online in store order , still no pick up email! Stuck in progress, Went to the store and no information on my order!!!! And I see thousands of people who have the same problem and you all haven’t did ***** about it, this not right just send the phones, no need I’m calling customer service because they don’t even know what to do , just got a job because they need money ! ***** is ridiculous man
