No permission

Money was taken out of my account without my permission I have talked with customer service they said it would be returned 7 to 10 business days I told them I needed my money before 7 to 10 business days because they took money out of my account there for my bills are going unpaid because I cannot pay them customer service act like it's a joke I spoke with a manager they act like it's a joke you should not be allowed to go into someone account without their permission this is against the law I even asked the manager was there some type of complementary service that can give me and they told me no.

How quickly you receive a refund on a credit balance will depend on the method of payment.  We have a very helpful article which goes more into here.  It will also depend on how quickly your bank processes the refund.
