I recently built a new house and attempted to change my billing address to the address of my new house. The ATT app would not accept my new address so my wife called customer service. Customer service said we would have to go to the store. After multiple trips and calls to the store the issue is still unresolved. My new address was provided by the local 911 office over two years ago. I have received mail and UPS packages at this address for several months now. This address is also the service address for my DirecTV service. DirecTV has also failed to correctly change my address after calling customer service. How can this issue be resolved?
