Hi @Slowboat2!

I totally understand needing to shuffle some things around. If you need to make a payment arrangement, we can definitely oblige that. I will be glad to show you how!

You need to be logged in to your myAT&T account to complete these steps.

Make a late payment arrangement online

Follow these steps for each AT&T bill you want to pay late:

  1. At the top of the page, select myAT&T > Billing, Usage, Payments > Make A Payment.
  2. Complete the form.
    • Choose a Payment Date. Note that the calendar makes dates available based on your eligibility.
    • Select a Payment Method. You may choose any of the listed options.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Review your payment details, then select Submit to complete your scheduled late payment.

Important late payment arrangement details

  • By making a late payment arrangement, you agree to pay your bill after your due date, and a late fee may apply. The amount you commit to pay must be posted to your account by the agreed-upon date.
  • If you don't pay on the date you've agreed, your service may be suspended immediately, and a reconnection or restoral fee may be charged.
  • Depending on your history of payment, some payment methods may not be available. If you select one of the methods under Payment arrangement options, you're committing to paying by the selected method on the chosen date.

Hope this helps!

If you made the payment arrangement through your online account, your account should not be suspended until after the 18th.

Good Morning @

We can definitely answer your question about Payment Arrangements!

As what kdfederer explained, a payment arrangement that has been created can still remain active before the payment date.

However, as long as the payment arrangement is kept/fulfilled and the account does not fall further past due, the service won't be interrupted during the scheduled date of payment.

You can access the highlighted article above for more information and details on Important PA Info

We hope this helps, and thanks for reaching out to the community!

@Ron_james Payment arrangement must be done online through MyATT prior to due date. Arrangement cannot be made after due date. If this is your first late payment you might be able to pay at a later date without suspension but no guarantee.  The longer between due date and payment the greater chance of suspension.
