Need help with cprodmasx.att.com error when trying to pay

cprodmasx.att.com‬⁩”
because it is restricted. 

I am receiving the above message every time I try to log in via iPhone to view and pay my account. Can some one assist please??

We can help with that. Try resolving your experience by uninstalling and re-installing the MyAT&T app on your phone.

 

If your issue persists despite the first step, try using a web browser to access your online account or follow these instructions for a simple, fast way to pay your wireless bill with no processing fee.

  1. Dial *PAY (*729) from your AT&T wireless phone. Spanish-speaking customers, dial *PAGAR (*72427).
  2. Press 1 to pay with a bank account, or press 2 to pay with a debit/credit card.
  3. Follow the voice prompts to enter your payment information. After successfully making a payment, you'll receive a confirmation number.
