My phone was stolen

My phone was stolen and I’m currently with Verizon. The person that stole it is using it on AT&T even though they shouldn’t allow it since it is blacklisted and the IMEI won’t register with Any other carrier. I used to have at&t . The customer service is subpar and you allow stolen phones to work on your carrier. Please disallow IMEI number [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] .... it was stolen . Ridiculous people get away with this stuff. You should have blocked this IMEI

ATT does not allow blacklisted phones on their network either. If your stolen phone is still being used, there is some other explanation. By the way, this is a public forum and not customer support. Posting the phone’s imei here won’t get it blocked.

Call Verizon and blacklist the phone.  🙄

The only one who can “block the IMEI” is YOU.
