Monthly bill
So I just looked at my account and it says my bill is 80 some dollars. In august I changed my plan to a $50 plan and was told I had a credit so my September bill would be $27. We'll it wasn't it was $57. I figured maybe the credit would go towards this October bill but now my bill went up $30 and I haven't changed anything. Really my bill should be $27 since it wasn't for September like I was told it would be. If I could please have this issue resolved right away as id like to pay my bill early.

@a7xkiwi This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. No one here can see your bill. You need to contact customer support directly.

You are asking fellow customers to fix your wireless bill. Obviously we can’t do that.
Since the $50 wireless plan doesn’t include taxes or cost of phones, either or both might account for the difference.
I recommend you read the bill to sort out exactly what the charges are, then call ATT.
