This is this is not helpful. I am still going in circles. Who do I contact when it has been 29 days and I have not received my replacement phone? I was on the phone yesterday for 4.5 hours with at least 13 different reps and close to that many scenarios. Who do I need to speak to?

I ordered two new AT&T/Cingular Flip 2 phones as they have the features I truly needed (large display and large keypad) as an upgrade to my 10 years + wireless account. I received they phones but not the USB chargers as shown in the page of the Internet when I ordered them!

 

When I phoned customer support they promised to send me two replacement USB phone cords for free which never arrived. I tried customer support again and nothing!

 

Someone called from AT&T regarding this but the voice mail was mumbled and I tried the phone number I thought they provided. I still have note heard from them after several weeks.

 

Who/how do I get the two USB phone cords for the two AT&T/Cingular Flip 2 phones  I paid for and never received the correct USB chargers?

Hi ...so I upgraded my phone in August and returned the old phone as asked to do by at&t rep.  The phones were delivered and scanned to Tempe AZ yet my service has been cut off.  At&t wants me to pay for cellphones they already have in their possession. Please someone help.  I've been with this company for 11 years and I am so done!

All right I went to att.com/mypaperbill in order to keep on getting a paper bill; noting happens except "We are almost there"; well have been almost there for three cotton ;pickin hours! I want a paper bill.  Do it.

I need a receipt for the Apple Watch I purchased in 1/2018 from att.com. I am having an issue with the watch and Apple needs this as proof of purchase and that the watch is mine. It has to have the serial number for the watch on the receipt.
