Master sync
Phone is not receiving email messages from a few email accounts cause it's telling me that "master sync" is turned off. Where in my phone do I go to turn on?

Are you using an Android or an iPhone? If you are using an iPhone, I recommend going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Fetch. If you are using an Android I recommend going to Settings > Accounts> More > Turn Auto Sync On. You can always head over to our Device Support Page for more detailed steps and diagrams for your specific make and model. Once on the page, please be sure to choose your brand and device for more accuracy.
