Login authentication
I am unable to login into my wireless account to view my bill because I am currently stationed overseas and my normal plan is not active. Anytime I try to login, it prompts me to select one of the two cell numbers listed on my plan. Neither are active. As a result, I cannot login. How do I get around this so I can simply view my bill to determine why I am being charged so much each month?
