Scam of free tv when you purchased phone and switched to direct tv. Since March no resolution! Many visits and supposed resubmissions to samsung. Way too many hours on phone with customer service both at at&t and Samsung who keep hanging each other the blame. Today told NO submission at Samsung when since March the vestal ny store has been telling me that wait another month, another month, watch the clerk resubmit paperwork again..... blah blah blah! I have contacted Attorney General  office [Edited to comply with Guidelines]

I’m sorry to hear about your trouble with the Samsung TV! Anytime spent with support is frustrating, having to deal with this issue for such a long period of time would get really annoying really fast!

 

We are instructed to refer these issues to Samsung, since we do not have direct contact with the TV distributer or access to the rebate information on file. My apologies for that!

 

What status is the rebate at the moment? We would be glad to help gather any material on our end, needed by Samsung!

Samsung says it is your problem....here we go again.
The promotion was propositioned through AT&T, NOT Samsung. Your Representative at the AT&T store sold it to Robert Dunham.....NOT Samsung. We NEVER dealt with Samsung. Have you looked at the media releases....they are from AT&T about this promotion to try and sell you on Direct TV which was just purchased by AT&T.
Therefore, I do not understand why AT&T can't provide a credit? If not you, then I am requesting contact for the Manager, District Manager, District President, Jennifer Van Buskirk's office email and phone number so that this can be done. I AM NOT SITTING ON HOLD WITH SAMSUNG AGAIN FOR 6 HOURS TO BE TOLD IT IS YOUR PROBLEM AND THERE IS NO SUBMISSION.
I see other postings for this same exact situation that were resolved just this way.

Please refer this up the chain to SOMEONE who can help me resolve this.

As the promotion is handled via Samsung, we have no way of verifying your qualification or shipping the television you should receive.

Finally got at&t district manager to respond and $450 credit on our bill. Too bad it had to take threatening attorney general to finally get some resoltuon.

I encourage any one else to do the same.
