Is there any situation where an incoming call would not show up on my detailed bill?

Is there any situation where an incoming call would not show up on my detailed bill?

For Example: If the call goes to voicemail or if I am dialing out and the call goes straight to voicemail? or any other situation?

Any outgoing calls you make show up in call history, regardless of whether or not your intended party answers (except for AT&T outages preventing them from processing your call).  Incoming calls, only those calls which you answer directly generally will show up.  And if the number is blocked you'll see that instead of the number on incoming calls.

Hello jpburke10, we're here to help get your phone call history.

Your call history is in your online account. Sign in and look at the history page or the usage reports.

Wireless postpaid users can access 16 months of usage reports. Prepaid users can access 6 months, only online, and only if they are still a current customer.

  1. Go to Usage.
  2. Select the bill period you want to view.
  3. Choose your service type:
    • Wireless-only service: Look in the Usage by number section, find the device you want to manage, and select View more usage details and options. Then choose See data, text, and talk logs.
    • More than one service: Look in the Basic plan usage section, find the device you want to manage, and select View usage details. Then choose how you want to view your details.
  4. Select Download, then choose CSV or Excel. (Don’t see these options? Use the forward arrows to get to the last page. Once you see all your records, you can download them.)

Let us know if this helps, and thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.
