Recently i purchased an Iphone 6s plus form ebay. After recieving it i tried to unlock it. Unfortunatly I was not able to because of some due payments. What can I do?

File a complaint with eBay. Evidently, whoever sold you the phone has not paid completely for the phone and AT&T will not unlock the phone if it has not been totally paid off.
