International rates on cruise

I was promised a call over a week ago in regards to an outrageous international bill that I received after contacting an AT&T representative who informed me that ANY data usage my children had on their cruise would be covered between the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Now I have a $745 bill, INADEQUATE assistance, and an unwillingness by AT&T to honor its word.

I have a feeling there was a major misunderstanding. Data usage at the port stops may have been covered but not any usage while on the cruise ship. Good luck getting those charges credited but if the charges are from usage on the cruise ship, it is very unlikely. Those charges come from the cruise line and they expect to get paid.
