IMO issue
Hello my name is Johnny and I work in best buy mobile. I have been using the IMO discount for a few months now when I noticed my bill shot up. I called AT&T and asked what happened to my IMO discount and they said I was no longer eligible and claimed that best buy removed me not them and that I need to talk to my manager. I then brought it up with my manager and he said only AT&T decides who gets the discount. Not sure how to solve this but I am definitely still eligible.
