I spoke with fraud department
Why are they taking so long to resolve the issue. I explained to the agent that i dont live in texas and i never lived in texas if you look at my account that i have i have no balance my bill is always paided i current been with att since 2010 with my lines of service and they trying to say i own a bill that isnt mine what do i do after i have giving them all the form of infomation they wanted to prove im me and not the person whom live in texas

Thank you for taking the time to post on our forum, I do appreciate it! I am very sorry our fraud department hasn’t gotten back to you just yet.. I would be worried too if something like this happened to me!
When investigating suspicious or fraudulent activity, they do gather information and do an amazing amount of research to increase account security and help prevent issues like this in the future.
