I have quadruple checked that I entered the correct humber, but I always get this message:
"We do not have a record of the IMEI you entered. Please verify the IMEI entered is correct."
1) long-term ATT customer.
2) phone in use for more than 60 days
Please provide me with next steps. Thank you.
It turns out that they requre this phone to be out of contract and won't unlock for that reason. Not sure why it was different for the other phones on my plan. And the User Interface message was misleading, of course.
