If the new payment method is the same payment type as before, the change is effective immediately. E.g. if you’re enrolled using a checking account and change to a different checking account.
If the new payment method is a different payment type, the change may take up to two business days. Until the change is completed, automatic payments will be made from your previous card or bank account. E.g. If you’re enrolled using a checking account and change to a credit card.
