How to add an extra line to my account with a phone previously purchased through my account

Since starting services with you I have acquired a different phone. I switched all my info and number to that new phone. Now I would like to add a second line and use the original phone I got at the beginning of my contract it is a samsung galaxy note 5. Is this possible and if so how do I go about doing it

Go to a corporate AT&T store and add the line to your account. They will give you a SIM card and activate it on the old phone.
