How do you get ATT&T to stop sending another person's account information to me?

For the past few years, ATT&T sends me emails -  monthly billing information for another customer.  I have over the past years, talked to ATT&T - emailed them the problem - and done everything I can.  Even talked to someone at ATT&T.  I went as far as finding the person on FACEBOOK and notifying her that I was getting her account information. To no avail  . . .  It is still going on - just got her updated bill and information.  Can anyone tell me how I can get ATT&T to correct this once and for all!!@@@@@?????

Hello @USCFL0,

I recognize you are receiving someone else’s account details.  This is an annoying issue for sure and a concern for the one who’s account details are being sent!  I’m glad you were able to reach us here in AT&T Community Forums!

We haven’t received a response yet from our previous private message.  I will send you another private message to gather further details.  Please expect to see this in your Forums Inbox. From here, we can continue to work on this matter together!

I appreciate the opportunity to help you!

Unfortunately, ATT can not take your word that the customer's email address on their account is wrong. It is up to the customer to ensure they have an accurate email address.
