How do you apply for the employee discount ?

I need to registar my employee for the discount offered.

Welcome to the Community Forums Judy! Saving money is great, I would be ecstatic to help you get your employee discount applied to your account.

 

You can see the discounts you qualify for, and register by clicking on this link and entering your information. You will need to register your existing cellular lines on MyAT&T, so you can review our Terms and Condition and FAQs.

 

From the AT&T Employee and Retiree Discount Site you need to:

  • Complete the fields for first name, last name, last 4 of your SSN, and your date of birth.
  • Click Submit.
  • Select Discount Enrollment for Existing Wireless Service.
  • Enable check boxes for the accounts you wish to enroll.
  • Click Update.
  • Complete the fields for day time contact number, e-mail address, re-enter e-mail address.
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • Click Submit to complete enrollment.
  • A message will display saying you will receive confirmation of your wireless discount update via e-mail.

For 2 days it still will not let me enroll for my discount it gives me this error message

"System Error

We are experiencing a temporary system error that prevents us from processing your request. Please wait a few moments and try again later."

Help me please!!

followed these steps and keep getting a system error message, then takes me back to the beginning.  when are you going to have this issue resolved?  it has been three days now tha I have been trying.  I would like to get my discount applied.

If I add lines to my account... does it take a while to reflect emo discounts on new lines? My bill rolled out and my new lines do not reflect my discount unfortunately... so I just want to make sure... because I literally can’t get anyone to help me.. all lines show active on the dep site. Please help...
