How do I submit my final bill from my previous carrier to get reimbursed?
I've tried visiting several webpages that indicate you can "click here" to upload your bill but none of the links work. This is so frustrating! It says you can upload or mail your final bill but I can't locate a physician address for mailing. Anyone been through the same thing?

We have a great website with many tools to help you with the switcher credit. You will be able to submit, check the status, view FAQs, etc. This can be found on our Switcher Website. There is also a Contact Us button on there, which will provide you with a few options.
If the links on this page are not working, try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. You can also attempt to use a different browser as well.
