How do I report a rude employee?

While at the AT&T store (as reccommended by C.S. telephone rep) I encountered an  two extremely unhelpful and rude sales associates in your Loxahatchee, FL store. How do I properly report them? They're behavior was so poor, I am seriously considering changing carriers.

Hello @NurseSense13,

Being taken care of at a store is extremely important. I do apologize about the service you received at this location. This is definitely not something we want our customers to experience. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention via the Community Forums.

I would be more than happy to look into the best options with you. I will be sending you a private message to your Forums Inbox, please be on the lookout for this!

I hope this helps out! Have a good one!

I’d like to know the same thing. One of the employees I encountered today made lewd comments regarding me which were very degrading and insulting and intentionally gave me misleading information which resulted in untimely service.

I am a member of the board of a Condo Association. On  August 29, 2019, at 14:56:13 hours, the surveillance cameras of our property captured an AT&T employee arriving at our community, getting out of his vehicle, unloading a box from the back of his van, getting into the van from the side and coming out of it a few minutes later with the box f of FECES, leaving it at one of the common parking areas of the property and then, after smelling his hand getting back into the vehicle and driving out of the property.  Although we understand the biological necessity that this person might have had at the moment, there are numerous public places near by with facilities in which this person could have had release  himself, but instead he left the said box with the feces in a public area which is totally UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING. The Association has a copy of the video which is available upon request.

I'm considering doing the same. We have a "No Soliciting, No Tresspassing, No Religion, and No Flier/Advert" sign on our front door, and a salesperson named Dustin Gibson still left a flier on our door (the same door that has the sign on it). When I asked him to take the flier back and that our security cameras caught him putting it on our door. He said he's just doing his job, he won't take the flier back, and walked away. When I called the number on the flier he answered and hung up and then ignored my calls and sent me to voicemail.

I already have AT&T Fiber (what the flier was advertising) but I'm thinking of canceling after this! If this is the type of people you hire, I'm rethinking my loyalty to this company!

His info on the flier shows the following: Dustin Gibson | Integrated Solutions Consultant | In-Home Experts | AT&T Mobility | Oklahoma City, OK | M 405-246-8626 | dustin.gibson@att.com | www.att.com

Wouldn’t it have been easier just to throw the flyer away, rather than argue with the guy and then create an account just so you can complain here?

Also, this is a public forum. You should remove the personal info (phone number and email). Sharing that with the world is much rider than leaving a flyer on your door.
