How do I file a complaint against a Store Manager?
The Store Manager for At & t located at 1101 Canal street, Chicago, Illinois is very rude and racist. I cannot believe you have someone like him working in your store in such a diverse area. His actions are very racists towards African Americans and he threatens to call the police for no reason. Very poor customer service from a Store Manager! He needs to go immediately!
