I ordered the GoPhone with AT&T. I ordered it over the phone by calling 888-333-6651. But I changed my mind about it and I would like a full refund. The UPS is delivering it on the 23rd. I know if it requires a signature than I could refuse the package. And if it doesn't require a signature than they would just drop it at my house so if that happens than would I need to take it to the UPS location and have them send it back to the sender? After that than who do I call to request a full refund in the amount of $15.89? Please let me know ASAP. Thank you!
When you get the package, there's a pre-addressed pre-paid return label inside. You can just put that on and send it back. Once it reaches the warehouse, it will be scanned. When it's scanned, that let's AT&T know that you did send back the phone, and you'll get your money refunded back to you.
