How can I know if I am using auto payment or not? Can I get refund?

I have just done the online payment once for October but the current balance is $90 now. Do I get the refund? Can you check if I am using auto payment?

 Auto-pay is a great way to pay bills and make sure you never miss a payment! I am sorry to hear there was an over payment. I would love to take a look.


The great thing is if there was an over payment this should roll over to the next month so you pay less next month!
