So when my at&t account was made it was used using a different email. Now that I'm trying to go paperless I can't sign in because I do not know the recovery email and can't get my id. How would I do that?
Thank you for reaching out. When you try to sign in and you choose the Forgot user ID/Password option, then click on Forgot your contact email? choice. This will allow you to enter your AT&T phone number or your account number instead.
