Gift cards not received

I was promised 2 gift cards from ATT Mobility person.

promised two weeks ago after it was verified in the notes, still have not received. Keep getting a brush off from phone contacts. Ent in to ATT Corporate store. The ATT persons made several calls over the next hour they got the brush off also. It seems that ATT is deliberately making it impossible to receive what was promised.

I was promised two $100 gift cards and I was suppose to claim them online. All they said was to log in but I don't see where to claim my Visa gift cards
