Fraud on my wireless account

My wireless account has been hacked into 3 times in last 8 months and twice in last month. I need to speak with someone to resolve the issue it has created as well as to voice displeasure with the store manager of my local ATT store who's customer service skills are terrible and seems to me to be completely incompetent.
