Expired current balance

My plan is currently 10cent/min and my balance will expires on Dec 24.

However, I will be out of country by the day and will be back here beginning of next month. I plan to refill account next month.

I am wondering if I refill account next month, what my phone number will become. Would I lose my current phone number because of not refilling as soon as it expires?

You will keep your same phone number as long as you refill your account within 60 days. If your account has a $0 balance for more than 60 days, your account is closed and the number lost.

I don't know what the rules are reguarding refills in order to keep the same plan.  The 10 cent per minute plan is no longer offered.

@sandblaster  Does he keep the 10 cent plan if he doesn't refill right away?

My understanding is the 60 day rule applies to all plans, grandfathered or not.

Let's put it this way, if there is someone out there that lost their 10 cent per minute plan because they did not refill immediately, I'm sure we'd have heard about it here and I sure don't recall ever seeing that.
