Exchanging SIM card from iPhone 5 to Samsung Galaxy S5 Store Question

Hi,

I'm about to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I currently have the iPhone 5 which has a different type SIM card in it. The account I'm on is a family plan and I'm the secondary account holder on it would I be able to go to an AT&T store and get the correct SIM card inserted and updated to my new phone or would I need the main account holder with me also?

I am assuming that you mean by as a authorized user on the account. If thats the case, you can go to the store without needing the primarily account holder with you. Make sure you bring both phone with you so they can make sure that the sim card works properly on your new phone.
