“Enjoy” delivery service, worst customer experience

I ordered a trade in phone and was planning to have it shipped due to our work schedules. After placing the order I found out I had to be present to receive it between 4 and 8 pm today. I left work early to make sure I would be here. I sat outside my house for four hours. Nobody showed up.

I called, finally got through, and I was told our delivery was rescheduled for two days from now. They said they sent an email. It didn’t come. We did get the original email scheduling today’s delivery, so it’s not that they have the wrong email or that it was blocked by a spam filter.

I am so frustrated. AT&T, whatever you are paying “Enjoy” to make your deliveries, it’s too much. What a waste of my time, your money, and my good feelings toward your company. Go back to basic shipment for your customers. There may be those who want the personal service and set up, but we have been doing it ourselves for every phone update from the first iPhone through our current 7pluses.

Now I was told that, since I can’t take more time off to sit and wait for my next delivery time slot, I should go find a store with it in stock.

Interesting, that is the second bad review for Enjoy.  I guess you get what you pay for, but ATT sure isn’t.

Enjoy is horrid. I ordered my phone and got a email right away saying it would be here between 4-8 the next day. The next day I got a email from Enjoy saying someone would be at my home at 5:00. That was at 3:21pm and 3:41pm I got another email saying they’d be here the next day????? No call no contact other than email. I took off work early and sorry I do t check my email every 10 mins. I tried to call Enjoy got a general mail box tried to online chat it says after 5 mins of waiting when your one in the line sorry were busy leave your email and will contact ya. I called AT&T they had no way to contact them and can’t canel my order. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon mind you. I can’t take off work early again... save yourself the time and just have it shipped or go into the store. ENJOY is one of the worst services I’ve ever dealt with. Oh and when you try and resch on the site it says to call them. Guess what NO ONE ANSWERS.

The Enjoy employee that was supposed to bring my new iPhone today was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, ATT gave him a faulty phone for my delivery which, to me, seemed extremely odd. He told me that he will be coming tomorrow morning to give me a working phone but it's confusing that AT&T would stock his inventory with faulty phones. Apparently he could tell when he typed in the serial number but I'm just bummed. Again, he was extremely kind, and communicated with me in a professional manner. Fingers crossed I get a phone tomorrow and not a faulty one 😞

They don't test the phones, they're new and assume they work. But bad phones and sim cards do happen

I was excited to order my new phone, and that it was going to be delivered to my door! I was told by a customer rep that FEDEX was going to send it but then I got a call from an Enjoy expert confirming my address and drop off time...I got super confused. He told me he was going to come by between 4 and 6 and he did just that! What a nice man but the phone he was going to give me was "faulty". He told me that AT&T stocks his inventory with faulty phones which got even more confusing to me. I'm glad I didn't end up with that phone but I was bummed that it went that way. Again, he was extremely kind and professional. I have no problems with him. My problem is that AT&T stocked him with a faulty phone for delivery. A different employee will be coming by tomorrow morning and (fingers crossed) it goes smoothly. I think next time I need a new phone, I'll pick it up in store. Great that they have the delivery option though.

@csanc0628  The phones come from Apple originally, how are they supposed to know a sealed box contains a faulty phone?   Apple quality control isn’t what it used to be.

I chose next day delivery NOT Enjoy, and now Enjoy is telling me that they are getting nonstop calls from people complaining that they chose next day shipping and are being forced now to make an appointment and be somewhere to receive the phone. And ATT is playing dumb.

Another fun fact: Enjoy couldnt reach me today to deliver my phone because ATT system gave them a phone number from a landline I canceled 8 years ago!!

I am BEYOND frustrated. I work, I don't want to have to wait to meet someone.

Do not use ENJOY service.

Ordered 2 iPhones on Nov 21st for delivery on Saturday Nov 25th at 11 AM. All looked good that morning, including an email at 9:00AM that Tyler was to deliver my phones. THEN, at 11:05 AM I received an email that my delivery was now scheduled for 3 days later at 11:00 AM. No call, no explanation or option of other times...maybe the guy was in a wreck or something. Nope, I called Enjoy and the guy was vague about not being able to deliver it, so I asked if I could just get it couriered over or pick it up.  No, options.  Livid, after scheduling a Saturday on this delivery as part of a birthday gift, I called AT&T.  After being transferred a couple of times, they are trying to get me phones locally or another way besides relying on their awful service.
