Is there an email address that I can send a email to regarding customer service? I spent 5 hours on the phone and chat line trying to order a phone then my credit card got billed and I didn't even get a phone. The individuals I spoke to on the phone -all 3 - were rude and not helpful.

No. ATT does not do customer service through email. The closest you can get to email is use the private message feature of this forum and send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.
