Only if you are on a 2 year service contract but if you are paying for a phone on a Next plan, you probably aren't. When was the last time you got a 2 year contract discounted phone?
I went on line chat and the rep told me there is no early termination fee, that I would just have to pay off the phones. I like that they now send you an email of the transcript of the conversation.
