E mail to A.T.& T.

I've made several attempts to get my service changed back after I was lied to about how much it was going to cost to change my current service. I was told Christopher's would take care of but all he did was disconnect from chat. I'm tired of repeating my story! This is the worst and most expensive service I have ever had! I just want to get it handle so I can change my service before I get another bill

We’d be happy to see how we can help. Which plan were you on before, and which plan did you switch to? We can research and see if it’s possible to switch you back, and if not, what other options are available for lower cost service. Thanks for reaching out to us on Forums!

My plan was total $199.08 with all charges and insurance I also had 20GB of
shared data. I am on paperless billing and can't access any of my billing
statements. On my device it says I was paying $145, but $261.00 is way more
than I was expecting! I need this settled because I'm paying this of on my
next cycle and unlocking my phones, I can do prepaid cards and my bill will
go down not up! Thanks
