ATT is trying to buy Time Warner. It is not a partnership, it's an acquisition. If successful, that "BAD" company will no longer exist. Wouldn't you consider that a good thing?

I also want to add that Time Warner, the media company, and Time Warner Cable are not the same thing, and AT&T is not looking to merge with Time Warner cable. I'm not making any assumptions, but just want to make sure it's clear as they're often get mixed up.
Time Warner is things like, HBO, TNT, TBS... Warner Bros. The new Wonder Woman movie. DC Comics. Some of the greatest brands in entertainment.
