Do Not Bundle or Combined Your Directv and Wireless Bills

I've been an AT&T customer for years same billing amount month after month.  They asked me to combined my Directv bill with my Wireless bill to make it easy to pay.  Well they combined my bills, and including Directv bill zero amount (no charges due to the credits) my first month bill was almost doubled, even though the billing period was a few days off maybe 6 days at the most.  It's a system error, not the employees fault, even though they will continuely to speak the company line for us to pay the bill, as the pro-rated charges and supposedly first month additional billing charge makes it almost doubled.  Well, when I first signed on years ago, I was already charged for the next month's bill, so they are including it again...NOT!!!

I have yet to recieve an answer of why my bill doubled, except for pro-rated charges and combining my billing even though my billing date was only a few days off.  I paid my last bill that was due on 12/25, now my new bill is due 1/31, yet my wireless bill almost doubled, and there's no way that current statement is accurate, even though I have spoken to 6 AT&T employees who keep speaking the company line.  Unbelievable that has occurred.
