DO NOT KNOW MY BILLING ZIP CODE

Hello Guys,

I bought a sim card one month ago when I visited US (I am from Italy) and the girl at the desk made everything and I do not have any document of registration, just sim card working perfectly.... Now I would like to manage my account as I need to go back to Us and need to top up the sim card , but when I go to create or resume my account (I am not sure I have one account) a field called "billing zip code" is requested, but I have no idea which one it is...

how can make an account or resume mine if I do not have this information?

Someone can help me to retrieve  the billing Zip Code used for my SIM?

Thanks alot

Billing zip for prepaid?  No.

You should be logging in on the paygonline.com website with your phone number and PIN code.

You cannot manage a prepaid account outside the USA.

Hopefully you had auto pay on so your plan will renew itself.

Where is the location you got the SIM card? That is probably the zip code used. Regardless, you won’t be able to manage the prepaid account from Italy. Account access is blocked from outside of the US. You will need to wait until you return. Hopefully, your account will still be open. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days.

Thanks all you guys......

I made it at JFK airport when I landed on June 14th, will be back end of August.

SIM has no line here in Italy now, so maybe it expired....

Is enough to top it up when I go back in August to re-activate?

I believe new prepares must be topped up in 26 days or At&t closes the account and it can’t be reopened.

You can try, but if it fails you know why.
