Customer service rep Jermey at 1800-331-0500
Wow he really couldn't have been more NoNo No to my requestsaid it didn't matter what or how att's service prior too getting phones all ok but charges stand period att charges were customary an exactly same as all other companies. Very harsh I didn't feel like he was even interested in my story about what happened. Very short an matter of fact . Maybe good for money side of business but not great for actual customer service. Exactly why we left att years ago and I was willing to give 2 nd chance but I think I actually made a horrible deal with the devil again!

What charges exactly? I understand the frustration but your post does not tell us anything. We need to know specifically what the issue is.
