Customer Service

Why has your customer service deterioted so much? I'm literally shopping around to move right now.  Your customer service is horrible, your prices are becoming outageous, and you don't provide the civility you once offered.  For example, I was stuck in Costa Rico in 2009 and my wife changed our plan.  Unbeknowst to her, and I, the new plan ended up costing us a tremendous amount of money while I was out of country.  You called us to let us know and worked with us to reduce the bill. Now, I can't get an ounce of civility from your company.  I just want you to know you have lost a loyal customer of over 10 years,

100% agree with you.  I have been having very poor experience with customer service lately, just lack of knowledge and common sense.
