Customer Service not available
I've been trying to contact customer service all morning and afternoon and a voice message says office is closed but I have been calling during normal business hours.

Just checking since I don't think I've ever gotten that message before even on the weekend.
But I usually dial 611, can't imagine that's any different but...
Weird. Does it come up right away or after navigating the menus for a few minutes...

@Mamaof2 Do you happen to be a unified bill customer or have any special account type?
When I had a unified account, the unified billing support team was unavailable on Sunday, and it appears as though that is still the case per a few articles on the AT&T website. One article I found said unified billing is open 8am-7pm (local time) M-F and 8am-5pm (local time) on Saturday and closed on Sunday.
