Corporate email address or address to file a complaint.

Can someone provide me the email address or address  for AT&T corporate please. I need to file a complaint and the store won't give me the information or the customer service department.

There is no email address. You can call customer service or file a report with the BBB if you think your issue is worth pursuing.

Sorry, ATT does not do customer support via email. There is no such email address. The corporate addresss was quickly found on google:

AT&T Corporate Headquarters.
208 S Akard St,
Dallas, TX 75202.
(210) 821-4105.

However, you might be better off filing your complaint with either the BBB or FCC. A complaint to either will result in someone from ATT contacting you.

Who can I contact to help me with a warranty issue. I'm being charged for a phone I sent back and they are claiming it's broken, yet I don't even have the phone with me. The phone was sent back in the same packaging it went out. 60 days later I get a letter stating this phone is "broken"

I'm being charge $649.00 for a 6 S PLUS REFURNISH PHONE. Every time I call the warranty department no one seems to care. I don't know what else to do. HELP!!

ATT CEO is still Randall Stephenson.

His email is: [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] He will forward your concern to his executive assistants who WILL respond within a day or two.

However, mailing a letter to the Texas address is best.

Keep it simple; keep it professional. This email is available online. You have to look up their board of directors. You have to go outside of ATT website. This info used to be posted on their site. Now you have to find it on the web. Cheers.

I had a fire at my house and I call AT&T that the wires to the dish and internet had burned and to send someone out. I paid my bill, I was in a nursing home because I had a stroke. It went 2 1/2 months with our service. I call to have a credit to my account and they said they took all the information. I finally got a tech out to my house and ran new lines and boxes. But then my services were turned off because of a lack of payment. I called again and talk with the collection department as well as the customer service and was on the phone for over 5 hours. I have written a letter to the better business bureau and a letter to your home office. My next course of action is my attorney if this doesn't get resolved. I do not own AT&T money they owe me.

you posted a home service issue in wireless, which is cell phones, anf this is a customer populated forum, not at&t. please read the posts in this thread. You (Edited per community guidelines) will charge you $300 an hour and take half a day. The BBB is free and you can file online.

@lilyguti This is not AT&T Customer Care, no one can access your account. Did you follow the instructions to have the late fee waived? You do that yourself online. Go to the top of this page and follow the instructions under the COVID-19 link.

@lilyguti

your lack of knowledge does not mean it didn’t exist. All carriers signed an agreement with the FCC that customers would not be disconnected. Customers were also encouraged to request waivers by contacting their carrier. The waivers would cover overage fees and late fees.

Good Afternoon,

I switched to First Net on 01/27/2020, I was eligible for a new phone and upgrade.  I went to the AT&T store in Salisbury NC to have my phone switched over. Now, after over a year, I am getting collection calls regarding a $152.00 for a charge "for equipment", but nobody can tell me what equipment I owe money for.  When I switched over,  I paid my owed balance to AT&T, I had to in order to switch to First Net.
Below is the timeline:
May 14, 2020, went to Sequium Assest Solutions  (Edited to remove personal information)(reference number)
Sept 3, 2019 Date went to collections, unknown agency (unknown reference number, Anea was able to look up date transferred from "unknown agency") Anea Denai contact number 800 786 0260
July 19, 2019 last payment date, (for what, nobody can tell me), account number (Edited to remove personal information)

How in the world do I owe a bill from July 2019 that was never on my AT&T bill, I paid it every month til I switched to First Net
How did something go to collections, I didn't even know about!
The most important question. How did this excessive amount due not come up when I had to pay a balance off to switch to First Net!
So many unanswered questions here.

I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
I hope your Holiday weekend is safe and enjoyable.

Thank You,
Selina (Edited to remove personal information): Paramedic/Captain, Rowan County EMS

@rodrigsd This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account or bill. You need to call.
