Why can I no longer accept collect calls?
I use to be able to accept calls from my son in jail and it was added to my phone bill now all of a sudden i cant accept them. My phone bill is paid in full every month

Cell phones can’t make or receive collect calls. As from jail have to be prepaid through the prison phone system. Contact them and ask how.

stopped. It was added to our phone bill every month
