Change of Plan
Is there any consequences of changing my plan before the expiration of the present plan?

If you are on a Gophone plan, yes.
Of you change from a $45 to $60 plan for example, you lose the remainder of the $45 plan.

@Uchefils What kind of plan / change is it?
If you can be more specific, we can probably give you a pretty specific answer.
An old minute plan and you want to switch to a mobile share?
You just want to change the data amount for your current plan?
A plan combined to a TV or home internet plan?
This is the AT&T community forum (not AT&T support), we cannot look up your plan so if you want specifics that will really help you, please share more details with us. We can probably make great suggestions, but without the right info we're only guessing.

What do you mean by expiration, are you on a prepaid plan? If so, the only consequence would be losing however many days of service are left on your old plan because I believe the new plan would take effect as soon as you make the change.
